     To: Valued Customers/Partners,

From 27th Jan 2022, CICT added several contents to the Regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic at Cai Lan International Container Terminal as at Decision No. CICT/2021.151A/QD-SAF dated August 16th, 2021, details as follows:

1)     Check body temperature

Temporarily stop temperature checks at checkpoints from January 24, 2022.

2)     Control of people coming from/going to the pandemic areas of levels 3 and 4 (Orange, red zones).

-        For long-distance truck drivers: Requires drivers not to get out of the cabin during cargo handling at the port.

-        For customers, contractors, agents, surveyors, port visitors (hereinafter called the guests):

Minimize the reception of guests from the orange area. In cases where it is mandatory, guests are requested to present the negative results of the rapid test (available effective PCR test if any) on the same day entering the port. In case of emergency, HSSE staff (nurse, SEC Co, SFT Co) can help to do quick tests for the guests on the guest’s cost.

Do not accept guests from the red zone. Notify them of the regulations of Quang Ninh province on isolation for guests to consider before intending to come to CICT.

CICT would like to inform customers and partners to know and implement.
