Under the Government's Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP dated January 28, 2022 detailing the implementation of the tax exemption and reduction policy under the Resolution No. 43/2022/NQ-QH15 on the Fiscal and monetary support to the National Assembly's socio-economic recovery and development program, Cai Lan International Container Terminal LLC would like to inform our valued customers and partners about the update of value added tax for our 2022 public tariff as follows:

Old value-added tax rate: 10%

New value-added tax rate: 8%

Validity period: from February 1, 2022.

This notice replaces the official letter and letter sent to our partners and customers. Any other content on the service tariff, if not mentioned herein, will not change. (please find pdf file here)
