Wood pellets - a familiar cargo at CICT are biofuels produced from by-products of wood processing, very eco-friendly. In August and September, CICT accommodated two Panamax wood pellet vessels up to 81,995 DWT, carrying 45,000 tons of cargo - the biggest wood pellet vessel ever docked at Cai Lan port.
