CICT is “Destiny” 
At the beginning of 2013, I felt like it's was a fate that I had a very chance opportunity when I received an interview invitation from CICT and was accepted by the company to start working at the position of security executive. After 2 years of hard work and diligence in work as well as the trust, encouragement, and recognition of the CICT BOD, I officially became a staff of the Safety Department, that I can contribute more to the strong development of the company, especially in matters of health, safety, and sanitation at the Port, bringing peace of mind to all CICT employees as well as the people and cargo of customers, partners while working at port. So far, it has been more than 8 years that I have been here, I feel that I "belong" to CICT is not only a predestined fate, but also a "Debt", that I cannot choose other path. Nothing other than labor and dedication, "Debt" is for me and CICT to develop and grow up together in the future.

Memorable memories at CICT - Incentive Bonus

There are lots of memories to at CICT “Where I belong to”, many things to reminisce about, but  I remember the most is probably has happened recently that I have discovered and successfully handled it an act of vehicle violating internal security - safety during the delivery and receipt of cargo at CICT port, I also have received "HOT BONUS" by the company for that small "trophy". With the job of a Safety coordinator, every day in my shift, I still patrol around the Port to ensure that all operation activities comply with Safety regulations. On February 17, 2021, during my patrol, by years of experience, I detected that there were 2 vehicles entering to pick up agricultural products with signs of treating "discharging water as tares". I immediately arrested these vehicles and announced to Security department to handle this situation. As expected, we have made a record and severely sanctioned these drivers for cheating, thereby contributing to help company avoiding property loss, ensuring fairness for consignees and transporters in cargo delivery process.

In the teaching profession, the teacher's joy is to see the boys and girls growing up and be helpful for society, whereas for us - the seaport safety people, our joy is when people and cargo are always guaranteed safe under supervison of strict and professional seaport security -  safety produce
Dear home named CICT!

My time at CICT is more than enough to realize the professionalism in company operation with a team of capable, experienced, and caring leaders. CICT is a place where we see each other like family, work together, share, and solve problems, there is no distinction between leaders and employees, where I feel that I am treated fairly and respectfully. It is an invisible love chain that creates close relationships in a lovely home named CICT.

One of CICT's core values is "Work hard - Play harder," which encourages all employees to work hard, actively interact, and organize parties to increase employee relationships. Mr.Tuyen is the one who cannot be absent from all the events as a photographer. He captured memorable moments of all staff members with the precious commemorative film.

As a safety staff, he is always careful and detailed in his work. Besides, there is a passion for art and beauty inside such a rough man. Mr. Tuyen is the owner of almost all Port's photos shared on the company's official websites, bringing CICT's images and services closer to customers and partners. In addition, in 2018, Mr. Tuyen also won a consolation prize in the photo contest "Vinalines - People and actions." So, it is not an exaggeration to say that he is a "Silent CICT media warrior."

Not only devoted to work, but with the motto "Mr. Tuyen is also an active member in social activities. Upholding the gesture of donating blood to save lives, Mr. Tuyen has always actively participated in local voluntary blood donation activities and mobilized people to participate in the response. Furthermore, he is also a character who is always present in volunteer programs organized by city organizations. He has spread the spirit of mutual affection from his work, promoting the volunteer movement for the community, continuing the precious tradition of " the intact leaves protect tattered ones.”
