CICT is looking for an IT MANAGER.
I. Principal Accountabilities
· Manage the terminal’s hardware and software.
· Responsible for operation, optimization, development, deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure (servers, databases, LAN/WAN, access control, IP phone, CCTV and various system applications).
· Responsible for all activities related to database administration, management of container and general cargo handling system and IT applications of the company.
· Periodic and preventative maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
· Manage and develop the company’s IT policies.
· Manage and develop business software and applications, as well as other back-office systems.
· Develop the IT department ensuring commitment, motivation and efficiency.
II. Knowledge and skills
· University degree in Information Technology.
· 3-5 years of experience in IT Management.
· Proven leadership and management skills.
· Fluent in English, spoken and written.
· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
· Proven experience in analysis, implementation, management and evaluation of IT systems, applications and cyber security.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Good project management skills, including teamwork, organization, planning, time management and prioritization.
· High standard of work ethics, honesty and trustworthiness.
· Responsible, self-starter, innovative.
· Strong logic and analytical capabilities.
· Living in, or willing to relocate to Ha Long City.
