Accountability: 1. Make plans and responsible for recruitment and training activities; 2. Draft and design documents, postings within the scope of work; 3. Make reports and storage documents according to regulations; 4. Participate in organizing company events: travel, teambuilding, festivals, sports... 5. Advise, propose and improve work contents within the assigned scope 6. Perform other departmental tasks when requested; Requirement: 1. Male/Female aged 21 – 27 , graduated from College or higher majoring in Human Resources, foreign languages, Law or related majors; 2. Have at least 6 months of experience doing administrative or office work. No experiences candidates in HR will be trained and guided; 3. Good oral and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese); 4. Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint), email, social networks, internet; 5. Have skills in writing articles, planning and organizing work; 6. Able to work independently and in groups; 7. Agile, eager to learn attitude, honest, responsible for work. |
