On 9th November, Representative of the BOD and officers of CICT participated in the Survey and training general knowledge ISO 45001:2018 and Kaizen Lean Tools organized by Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with Asia Business Development and Management Consulting Company in two days.
The training course provided knowledge and guidance to identify & assess risks and opportunities related to the OSH Management System, and at the same time helped the officers grasp the status of application and implementation of quality management systems and tools at the Company, provided knowledge about Kaizen - Lean Tools and how to deploy.
After the course, CICT's officers have improved understanding and awareness of the necessity to improve productivity & enhance administration and technology management capacity to save more costs and time, improving productivity and service quality.
